The University of Queensland Law Society Incorporated (UQLS) is a not-for-profit association incorporated in Queensland and registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. The UQLS Constitution is the main set of rules that governs the makeup and operation of the UQLS. The Constitution is supplemented by a secondary set of regulations, known as the UQLS Bylaws.
The UQLS is dedicated to ensuring that its operations are transparent and scrutinisable. To this end, the UQLS Secretary publishes the minutes of each General and Management Committee meeting here.
