Postgraduate students
The UQLS recognises the distinctive needs of students undertaking postgraduate studies at the TC Beirne School of Law. This portfolio is dedicated to encouraging postgraduate students to take advantage of the range of services that the UQLS offers. Relevantly for postgraduate students, this includes running various social and sporting events to meet other students in a more informal environment, organising a variety of professional development seminars and providing educational support throughout the year.

International students
This year the UQLS has a brand new portfolio dedicated to catering to the needs of international students. Our goal is to help you make the transition into university in Australia easier and to make you feel at home at TC Beirne.
In terms of our plans for this year, we'll be hosting a barbeque for international students to meet the UQLS Executive and other international students in the second week of Semester 2, so keep an eye out for notices on the details. Additionally, the UQLS runs a variety of social, sporting, and educational events and competitions, and we would love to see more international students getting involved.
