King & Wood Mallesons UQ Law Society Dinner

In celebration of the 75th anniversary of the University of Queensland Law Society, King & Wood Mallesons and the UQLS are delighted to host our annual Law Dinner.

Featuring a three-course meal, hospitable beverage package and a keynote address from Australia’s preeminent barrister, David Jackson QC, Law Dinner is set to build upon the success of the Law Society Ball and give you one final night of freedom before you settle into your swotvac study den.

Who: L Card Holders, particularly final year law students & alumni. This event is strictly 18+.

What: The classiest & funnest night of your young life.
When: 6:30pm, 20th October 2012.
Where: Presidential Ballroom, Sebel & Citigate Hotel, King George Square.
Dress Code: Gentlemen – Suits. Ladies – Long dresses preferred.Tables: Guests can either choose to purchase a full table of ten (at a discounted rate) or purchase tickets separately to secure their spot and form tables with friends after purchase. Don’t stress if you don’t have a full ten people; groups of 1-9 will be matched together to form full tables closer to the date.
Tickets (First Release)
Tuesday 7th August – Sunday 12th August
First release tickets will ONLY be available online (http://www.trybooking.com/30819). During this release, individual tickets ($110) will be available exclusively to final year law students. Other guests who wish to secure their seats early will need to purchase a full table ($1075).
Tickets (Second Release)
Monday 13th August – Friday 24th August
Second release tickets will be available online (http://www.trybooking.com/30819) as well as outside the UQLS office (Forgan Smith, W227). All students will be able to purchase individual tickets ($110) or full tables ($1075).Don’t forget that UQLS Equity Grants are available to assist those who may not otherwise be able to attend.
